• AUCTION OPENS - AUGUST 19, 2023, at 5 pm
• AUCTION CLOSES - AUGUST 20, 2023, at 3 pm

DROP OFF:

• LARGER ITEMS - contact the office or the chair to schedule a drop-off or pick-up.
• SMALLER ITEMS - non-perishable, smaller items may be dropped off at the office until Friday, August 11, at NOON. Please call the chair to coordinate as they will already be working on efforts to finish the sheets and layout of the items and booth.
• PERISHABLE ITEMS - drop off on Friday or Saturday morning of the festival weekend out at SJA - Marystown campus, 15850 Marystown Rd, Shakopee, MN 55379.

This is our biggest fundraising event! $10,000 in cash prizes! Top prizes: $3,000, $2,000, & $1,000!
Gambling laws do not allow us to mail our raffle tickets. Get your tickets in your family packets, in the office, or at the SJA booth at the festival. Drawing will be held on Sunday, August 20, at 4:30 pm, during the festival at SJA - Marystown Church.

Can we borrow a picnic table?

We could use plastic tables for outdoor seating at the festival. Please plan to deliver on Friday or Saturday prior to the start.

Items are needed for many areas of the festival including the Silent Auction, Crafts & Quilts booth, Bake Sale, Kid's Games, Cheer Raffle, and Wine booth.

• Bottles of Wine - Red, White, Blends, or Sparkling

• Kids Prizes - $10 toward the leads purchases or donate prizes for any age group, especially teens.

• Canned Jellies, Salsas, Cookie/Cake-in-a-Jar - Hot sellers at the Bake Sale.
• Home-Grown Produce, Plants, Flowers - Fresh from your garden or your neighbors. :-)
• Pies - #1 seller in the bake sale and sold as slices in the Snack Shack. No Cream Pies please because of the heat.
• Baked Goods - Sweet Bread, Bars, Cookies, Cakes, Cupcakes, Candies.

• Quilts - All sizes for our live quilt auction and quilt booth
• Arts & Crafts - Ornaments, Pottery, Painted Glasses, Vases.
• Woodworking Projects - Cutting Boards, Bowls, Tables, Games, Kids' Toys.
• Homemade Items - Candles, Jewelry, Lotions, Soap, Bath Bombs.
• Photography Projects - Canvas, Prints, Magnets, Greeting Cards.
• Sewing/Knitting Projects - Dish Towels, Blankets, Potholders, Pillow Cases, Headbands, Scrunchies, Bibs, Aprons, Hats, Mittens, Scarves, Hand/Rice Warmers.

Schedule a craft day with your kids, grandkids, or friends
to make custom items to donate to the festival!
