There is plenty of ways that you can help to make our festival truly success and share in the workload with those who volunteer!

Pre-Festival

• Solicit for sponsors (January - June)
• Solicit for silent auction items (All year)
• Help with marketing, publicity, and social media (April - August)
• Distribute posters and signs (August)
• Sell cash and prize raffle tickets after Mass (June - August)
• Help fill the volunteer spots by making calls or after Mass (June - August)
• Donate the amount you think you would spend if you attended the event with your family and friends. (Keep in mind meals, kids & adult games, pull tabs, silent auction bids, bake sale goodies, craft & quilts purchases, prize raffle, cash raffle, cheer raffle, wine raffle, quilt raffle, and quilt live auction purchases.)

Post-Festival

• Send out thank you notes (August - September)
