- Specific Booth Set Up (All booths should be set up by 3 pm)
- Polka Mass Set Up
- Sunday, August 20
- Grounds Clean Up and Booth Take Down
- Monday, August 21
- Social Center Clean Up & Finish Grounds - starting at 9 am
- Tent Take Down - starting at 4:45 pm until done
