Our annual festival is an all-hands-on-deck parish event.
We ask each parishioner from young to experienced to participate in some way. How can you help to make it a successful and fun community-building event for all ages? Join us at our festival planning meetings and sign up for a shift either before, during, and/or after the festival. Click the links below to be taken to our volunteer sign-up pages. There are three separate sign-ups that are tabbed together. You can view all three tabs at the top once you are in the sign up.

General Areas in need
Can you work a shift and enjoy the rest of the festival with your family and friends?
Better yet, work a shift together! Hundreds of volunteers are needed!
BEFORE & AFTER THE EVENT- Set Up: Thursday, Aug. 17, start at 4:45 pm
- Booth & Food Prep: all day Friday and Saturday
- Clean Up: all day on Monday, Aug. 21
- Take Down: Mon., Aug. 21, start at 4:45 pm
DURING THE FESTIVAL
- Food Booth: ***Families can work together!***
- Grounds Crew: Gathering garbage for God
- Wine Booth: Able to chat with lots of people
- Adult Games: Lots of laughter and fun
- Kids Games: Great for youth to earn service hours
- Bingo: Inside, in the air conditioning
- Bake Sale: Sell goodies, may need to sample some
- Parking & Shuttle (UTV) Driver: Zoom Zoom
- Photographer: Capture the fun for years to come
- SJA Booth: Sell raffle tickets & check-in volunteers

LEADS NEEDED
We are currently looking for new leads and co-leads in many areas to offer the fun and exciting games and events that we enjoy at our festival.
Would you consider offering your time and talents to continue the success of this amazing event that our families enjoy?AREAS THAT NEED LEADS:
- Festival Co-leads: our current leads, Tom & Michelle Dyrhaug, are moving later this year. We are looking for an individual or couple to shadow them this year to be able to lead the festival next year. They said, "It is really FUN!" This festival is a huge part of our annual budget!
- First Aid: for the safety of our guests, we are looking for someone to coordinate the first aid area and get medically trained individuals to take a shift during the event. In the last 2 years, we have had medical emergencies proving this is a vital area! Can you please help us coordinate this for the safety of all of our guests?
- Grounds & Environment: looking for someone to work with our current lead to lighten the load!
- Parking: we are looking for a lead and co-lead for this area. When we do not have someone in place to help direct traffic, the parking lot becomes a huge mess and at times can be dangerous for our youth and elderly guests!
- Publicity & Marketing: help with social media, signage, publicity with other churches, newspapers, & radio spots.
- Wine Booth & Raffle: help our current lead with coordinating raffles, set up & take down of the booth, and filling shifts.
- Face Painting - Only kid’s area that still needs a lead.
- Bake Sale: looking for a co-lead

We are here to help and can guide anyone who is even considering taking the lead. No lead is expected to work the entire event. These are not labor-intensive areas and can be great fun when you rally your team of family and friends to help take shifts the weekend of the event.
